Workshops

This 6 hour workshop, split into 2 days, is about looking within ourselves for the value we know we have and bringing it to the surface to be part of our lives. We look at where our value comes from, and how to turn a challenge into opportunity by understanding ourselves better. If you see yourself as being more than you feel at present and wish to share more of who you are with others, this workshop could be for you.  

 

We work in up to groups of 5, online (Zoom) or in person. So if you would like to invite anybody else to join, they are welcome
