Terms of Service

We conduct our sessions over the phone, audio conference, or video conference, unless otherwise agreed upon. Please be on time for your sessions to get the maximum benefit. Energy Healing sessions can last anywhere between 30 to 45 minutes. Conversations can last anywhere between 45 to 60 minutes.

Prior to your appointment, we will send you an email with instructions on how to join the Zoom Meeting. Please ensure that you are prepared to join the Zoom Meeting. If you have any questions about Zoom, you may visit https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/206175806-Frequently-asked-questions.

Once we have confirmed your appointment day and time, we will send you a payment link via email. Once we have received your payment, we will send you a confirmation email. Please make a note of your appointment times. Let us know if you have not received an email from us. Kindly check your spam folder before contacting us as sometimes messages can be directed there by your email service provider.

If you would like to reschedule, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Sessions are confirmed once they are paid for. We require payment prior to the beginning of the session. Please make payment within 48 hours of receiving a payment link for us to hold your booking.

Once you have booked and paid for a session or mentoring package, cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. If you have an emergency we’ll do our best to work around it; however rescheduling is not guaranteed.

You must be 18 years or older to partake in our services; or, have the express written consent of a parent or legal guardian to do so. 

We reserve the right to refuse orders or appointments when the payment authorisation is not validated or if you do not meet the criteria in our Terms of Service.

The practitioner agrees to keep all conversations and information with the client private and strictly confidential. Confidential information does not include information that was in the practitioner’s possession prior to its being furnished by the client; is generally known to the public or in the client’s industry; or that the practitioner is required by law to disclose.

The client agrees to keep all materials provided to them over the course of the service confidential. All materials provided by the practitioner are proprietary and not to be shared, reproduced or, sold without the express written consent of Empower Wellness Pte. Ltd.

All written content on this website is the property of Empower Wellness Pte. Ltd. It may not be shared, reproduced or sold without the express written consent of Empower Wellness Pte. Ltd. That includes use for any workshop, seminar or similar event.

The site may include links to other websites or resources that are not operated or prepared by Empower Wellness Pte. Ltd. We have no control over such sites and resources and we do not accept any responsibility or liability for any loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your use of them.

This includes the use of the site by any other persons using your account caused by your action or inaction. 

The Terms of Service, together with all our policies and procedures, are governed by and construed in accordance with Singapore law. The relevant courts of Singapore will have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to modify the Terms of Service at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. Your continued use of or access to our website or its services following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
