Cancellation Policy

For Sessions & Mentoring Packages: Once you have booked and paid for a session or mentoring package, cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. If you have an emergency we’ll do our best at our discretion to work around it; however rescheduling is not guaranteed. If you need to reschedule, please contact us by email at soothingforsoul@gmail.com at least 72 hours in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
